Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow social media channels across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Plan and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals.
• Create creative posts, write catchy captions, and craft short stories for campaigns.
• Analyze social performance and stay up-to-date with current digital trends.
• Coordinate with designers and the marketing team for promotional content.
Requirements
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
• Good communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager.
• Video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
• Advanced graphic design experience.
Personal Attributes
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications & Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in a graphic design or creative role.
• Age: Below 35 years preferred.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (CorelDRAW optional).
• Ability to design for:
– Social media posts and campaigns
– Branding materials
– Product promotions
– Short videos and advertisements
• Excellent creativity and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (FCP/CapCut preferred).
