We’re hiring a Quality Assurance & Compliance Executive to ensure our hotel, villa, and tea factory meet regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA and compliance systems.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and update SOPs.
• Train staff on quality and compliance practices.
• Handle reports, documentation, and liaise with authorities.
• Identify issues and ensure corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or Hospitality Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP standards.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
